Welcome to the 2023 Pembroke Titans Football Registration!
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Pembroke Titans Football and Cheer.
**Refunds of 50% will be given before 5/3/2023. No refunds will be given after 5/3/2023 unless approved otherwise by PTFC's President and Treasurer.**
All Mite, PeeWee, and Midget football registrations that come in after 5/3/2023 will have a $50 late fee added.
Registrations for football will close on 08/02/2023.
Important:
If you are registering more than 2 players (3 or more) your family qualifies for our family max code.
Please contact Stephanie Ragab or Linsey Wright (contact information below) if you plan on registering more than 2 participants via both registrations to receive the Family Max code.

- It is preferred that Birth Certificates for all NEW players be scanned files and not phone-based photos...
-Also if you have an athlete who has participated before but has been away from the program for a year or two please select new player and upload their birth certificates.
