Pembroke Titans Football and Cheer

Welcome to the 2023 PTFC Cheer Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Pembroke Titans Football and Cheer.

**Refunds of 50% will be given before 5/3/2023. No refunds will be given after 5/3/2023 unless approved otherwise by PTFC's President and Treasurer.**

All cheerleaders interested in trying out for competition cheer need to be registered by 5/3/2023. (Competition cheer fee of $160 will be billed separately once teams have been determined)

Registration will close temporarily on 5/3/2023.

It will re-open after cheer competition tryouts and remain open for sideline cheer until 08/02/2023. 

All Mite, PeeWee, and Midget cheer registrations after 5/3/2023  will have a $50 late fee added.

Important:

If you are registering more than 2 cheerleaders (3 or more) your family qualifies for our family max code.

Please contact Stephanie Ragab or Linsey Wright (contact information below) if you plan on registering more than 2 participants via both registrations to receive the Family Max code.

-  It is preferred that Birth Certificates for all NEW players be scanned files and not phone-based photos...

-Also if you have an athlete who has participated before but has been away from the program for a year or two please select new player and upload their birth certificates.
